VM Corp is an India-focused real-estate boutique services for Developers, Investors and real estate funds. VM Corp set up in Bangalore has operations in Bangalore, Chennai and Pune.
VM Corp advises international real estate funds and property developers and investors with their India investment strategy as well as showcases and structures real estate deals for investors. It also advises select Indian developers and other real estate asset owners in deal structuring and financing, on a proactive basis.
VM Corp believes in the India growth story, which is at its early stages of growth and that international capital will drive future growth. With regulations changing, the nature of the investment opportunities in the Indian real estate market will increase significantly. The quality and the integrity of information on real estate transactions will drive the speed at which real estate transactions close.
The industry today does not have any agreed processes for information capture, its dissemination and use in asset valuations and therein lies a significant opportunity. VM Corp wants to provide the common ground and believes in building long-term relationships with our clients by constantly providing them with value-added services for their plans in India.
Focus: VM Corp prime focus areas include the land consolidation and deal structuring, along with liaison services to get projects off the ground and ensure compliance upon completion. Vimal is an ex-Raheja / RMZ professional, having been with RMZ as Vice President Business Development, an elite think tank that advises clients on various aspects related to development and land consolidation. Vimal's core competency lies in Land acquisition and Liaison and has 18 years of working experience across India, ie Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad , and Kolkatta. Vimal Holds a Degree in Commerce and is a post graduate in Business Administration.
Vimal will be responsible for Business Development and driving VM Corp to greater heights. VM Corp is his baby and he believes in cooperative commerce; a win-win situation for all.
